Empower is a community-led social group based in Portsmouth, dedicated to
strengthening resilience, connection, and wellbeing in the Portsmouth community.
Empower exists to support individuals and families facing the growing pressures of the
cost-of-living crisis and reduce the social isolation that often follows financial hardship.
Through inclusive community groups, peer support spaces, and empowerment-focused
activities, Empower creates opportunities for people to connect, share, learn, and rebuild
